Harold Storey is a partner in the Seattle office whose practice focuses on intellectual property disputes. He has extensive experience resolving pharmaceutical patent matters arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Harold also assists pharmaceutical and biotech companies with patent counseling and regulatory matters.
In addition to his pharmaceutical practice, Harold has litigated matters encompassing a wide variety of technologies, including mechanical systems, network systems, and computer security. Harold also litigates unfair competition and false advertising disputes.
Harold has experience with all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings through fact and expert discovery, depositions, expert reports, summary judgment, witness preparation, trial practice, and post-trial motions. In addition to working on patent infringement matters in many federal courts, Harold also has experience in Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade commission (ITC). He has extensive experience in non-infringement, infringement, invalidity, analysis and opinions, and freedom to operate analysis.
