How Lawyers Unknowingly Practice Without Coverage for Cyber-Related Claims.” Kim and Joe will explain why law firms are particularly vulnerable to cyber-attacks. They will cover a firm’s legal and ethical obligations for data protection; the common cybersecurity threats facing law firms in 2025; and conditions surrounding coverage under a Lawyers Professional Liability (LPL) policy. They also will address the rise in exposure to claims by non-clients.
