L. Claire Hansen is a Legal Intern with Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C®), assisting B&C professionals with Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and other federal and state regulatory and policy matters. Mx. Hansen delivers accurate and efficient research and analysis support for domestic and international legal and regulatory issues, enhancing B&C’s delivery of focused, timely, and cost-effective solutions for clients’ compliance and business goals.
Prior to joining B&C, Mx. Hansen honed their legal advocacy skills through American University Washington College of Law’s Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, helping clients set up corporate business structures and manage regulatory hurdles. Mx. Hansen also served as Diversity Liaison to the Washington College Board of Visitors and Governors and was the Pre-Law Advisor to undergraduate students at Washington College.
Mx. Hansen holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law, where they served as the Symposium Editor of the Business Law Review, an MS in English from McGill University, and a BA in English and Humanities (Honors) from Washington College.
