Nicolette Aktas’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, who come to her for guidance on all aspects of litigation in toxic tort and product liability matters.
During law school, Ms. Aktas served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, P.J.Cv. She also gained valuable experience as an intern for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. During her final year of law school, she was selected to participate in the Denis F. McLaughlin Advanced Trial Advocacy Workshop, which provided her with the ability to develop trial skills.
Ms. Aktas joined the firm following a clerkship with the Honorable Thomas R. Vena in Essex County.
