Attorney Max Cadmus is a versatile litigator who focuses his practice on commercial disputes, insurance law, and appeals.
Clients rely on Max to represent them in insurance coverage, antitrust, and unfair competition disputes; administrative appeals; and business, products liability, and professional liability litigation. His clients include companies in health care and life sciences, financial services, retail, and technology, media, and telecommunications. Max represents clients before state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and administrative agencies.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Max was a litigation attorney at a New Jersey litigation boutique. Prior to that, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Jerome M. St. John of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. During law school, Max was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Dennis F. Carey, III, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex Vicinage, and then to the Honorable Jose L. Linares, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
