Ana McDowall provides economic analysis and expert support in commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings. Dr. McDowall has experience with a variety of antitrust matters, including merger reviews and cases involving allegations of price fixing and monopolization. She provides consulting support to clients and testifying experts and manages project teams across all phases of litigation. Dr. McDowall has expertise with issues in the U.S. and European contexts, and her industry expertise includes digital and financial markets, retail, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Cornerstone Research, Dr. McDowall taught courses on microeconomic theory and public economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also spent several years working in management and economic consulting.
