/>iThe President’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 Budget was released this morning April 10, 2013. Overall, $80.1 billion in discretionary funds was included for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) – an increase of $3.9 billion above the FY 2012 enacted level.
