Nick Alford counsels clients in complex litigation, including products liability, mass torts, class actions and general business disputes.
Nick contributes to litigation matters by:

- Preparing for expert depositions
- Negotiating settlements
- Drafting pretrial motions
- Preparing for oral arguments
- Serving on several MDL trial teams
Nick represents companies such as one of the world’s leading manufacturers of minimally invasive devices for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, one of the world’s largest orthopedic medical device manufacturers, and a Fortune 500 manufacturer of advanced and industrial technologies.
Past Experience
During law school, Nick served as a legal and contracts intern with Rolls-Royce Corporation in Indianapolis, participated in the Protective Order Project helping victims of domestic violence and sexual assault obtain protection orders, and served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker in Indianapolis.
Before law school, Nick spent more than two years with the U.S. Peace Corps as a natural resource management volunteer in Togo.
