Shana Siegel, the chair of our Elder Care and Special Needs Practice Group discusses the New Jersey Domestic Workers' Bill of Rights with Erdal Turnacioglu of Erdal Employment Law. As a result of this law, which took effect on July 1st, employers are now required to pay domestic workers the state's minimum wage, provide written contracts, and many other requirements. In this podcast, Shana and Erdal discuss the impact of the NJ Domestic Worker's Bill of Rights on clients who have home health care workers and other aides in their homes.
