In practice, RiKaleigh focuses on advising clients on the policing, prosecution, and enforcement of trademarks. RiKaleigh has experience managing global trademark portfolios and providing trademark strategy through a global lens. RiKaleigh also advises clients on web based infringement and enforcement strategy.

RiKaleigh has worked with clients in multiple industries including fashion, beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, real estate, food, and medical devices. In addition to counseling, RiKaleigh has experience litigating trademark cases in federal court as well as experience handling opposition and cancelation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
