Nicole is an associate attorney in the Raleigh office of Ogletree Deakins. She focuses her practice on employment-based immigration.
Nicole completed her undergraduate studies cum laude at Loyola University Maryland and received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in New York. She also received an LL.M in International Human Rights Law from the University of Ireland, Galway. During law school, Nicole was a member of the Immigration Rights Clinic in partnership with Catholic Charities, in which she gained experience litigating asylum cases in the New York Immigration Court. Following law school graduation, Nicole served as a Legal Protection Intern with the London office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees.
