Kathleen Martini focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulations. Kathleen has honed her skills over a broad range of corporate topics and understands the needs and demands of clients.
She has a wide variety of corporate experience, including advising public and private companies in financing and lending transactions, M&A, commercial contract matters, fund formation, and emerging company issues.
Kathleen has a results-driven corporate practice in which she has successfully represented clients in both law firm and in-house environments in transactional and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen was in-house corporate counsel for a semiconductor manufacturer and practiced as an associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm.
Outside of the office, Kathleen is a third degree black belt in taekwondo and an avid German folk dancer.
