Jonathan is an associate in the firm’s Seattle office where he counsels clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including: formation and early stage corporate planning, venture capital financings, mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings and public company reporting. He enjoys building lasting relationships with companies beginning at their earliest stages and assisting them through critical periods of growth including financings, mergers, strategic exits and IPOs. Jonathan works extensively with technology companies, including in the SaaS, internet, consumer, mobile, biotech and healthcare industries.
