Lauren Norris Donahue is a partner in the firm’s Antitrust, Competition & Trade Regulation practice group. She focuses on complex civil litigation, government enforcement, and white collar criminal defense, particularly in the areas of antitrust, cartel and trade regulation. She has successfully represented both U.S. and international companies and executive officers in federal and state court cases and class actions, grand jury investigations and criminal prosecutions involving antitrust claims, merger violations, securities fraud, FDA violations, health care fraud, and consumer fraud.
She also has significant experience in conducting internal investigations for major domestic and international corporations. In this role, she has participated in the preparation of investigation reports, interviewed senior executives and witnesses, and managed complex international e-discovery review and production.
