He has represented small businesses as well as Fortune 100 companies in complex business disputes. His clients include multinational banking and financial services companies, investment advisory firms, bio-pharma companies, software companies, sovereigns, municipalities and construction firms. His cases include business, securities and loan fraud, class action, intellectual property, construction and land use disputes. In addition to his extensive and varied trial experience, Mr. Blessington has arbitrated disputes before the American Arbitration Association, the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association, FINRA and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution, among other organizations. He has also handled appeals, including before the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and has successfully mediated many cases.
