Jennifer Tudor Wright is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Indianapolis office, where she is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department as well as the Drug and Medical Device; eDiscovery, Data and Document Management; and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
Ms. Wright has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation, including products liability, medical device litigation, employment and contract disputes, school law, antitrust actions, creditor’s rights, premises liability and copyright and trademark infringement.
As part of her product liability practice, Ms. Wright has worked on cases protecting manufacturers’ and sellers’ rights across multiple industries – from home appliances to recreational vehicles to medical devices – in state and federal courts throughout the United States, including multidistrict litigation.
Ms. Wright has assisted in defending employers against claims involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 1981, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Indiana Wage Payment Statute, the Indiana Wage Claims Statute, the Indiana Wage Assignment Act and the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Act. Ms. Wright regularly interacts with administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Labor (DOL), Indiana Civil Rights Commission, Metropolitan Human Relations Commission and the Department of Workforce Development (DWD).
