James Lightley-Hunt is an associate in the firm’s Dubai office. He has particular experience in complex cross-border dispute resolution, including in international arbitration and commercial litigation and frequently advises clients on a range of internal investigation matters in the Middle East. Mr. Lightley-Hunt advises and represents UAE-based, regional and international clients in a wide range of commercial disputes and other contentious matters, with particular focus on arbitration proceedings administered by major arbitral institutions, including the ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA and DIAC, and litigation before the English High Courts and the DIFC Court. He also works closely with local counsel in respect of litigation and other proceedings before the UAE Courts.
