Jackie Coleman focuses her practice on energy projects and transactions in the midstream and downstream energy sectors as well as real estate transactions. She assists clients with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic investments.
While in law school, Jackie served as judicial intern to Judge David Hittner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Prior to practicing law, she taught English at Hong Kong University SPACE Global College in Suzhou, China.
