Gabrielle “Gabby” Vance is an associate in the firm’s Washington office. Her practice focuses primarily on internal investigations, government enforcement, white-collar defense, congressional investigations, and antitrust litigation.
Gabby has assisted in the representation of individuals, investment advisers, companies, and financial institutions before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and a variety of state regulatory authorities. Additionally, she has experience assisting clients with internal investigations to inquire into an organization’s internal operations and assess potential liability.
Gabby engages in pro bono matters at K&L Gates, including the representation of noncitizens in immigration proceedings, cybercrime victims, domestic and sexual violence victims, and efforts to broaden legal mandates for the inclusion of people with disabilities. Gabby serves as the pro bono liaison for the Washington, D.C. office, which entails helping identify additional pro bono opportunities and encouraging others in the office to do pro bono work.
