Carsten Brachmann is a partner in Ogletree Deakins’ Berlin office. He advises private and public employers on individual and collective employment law, especially regarding collective bargaining, works council constitution law, employee representation law and employee leasing.
Carsten Brachmann has been a certified specialist for employment law since 2005 with a legal advisory focus on employment law in the areas of public service and M&A. Mr. Brachmann advises employers on restructuring measures in various industries and he has successfully advised clients on matters of privatizations, internal reorganization measures and the optimization of personnel costs without redundancies (for example, collective bargaining agreement alteration plans, the conclusion of a company agreement for the purposes of redeployment, performance-related pay and working hours schemes).
