Ariana N. Imbrescia joined Ogletree Deakins as an associate in February 2024. She counsels employers on a wide range of employment matters, such as employee discipline, discrimination, wage and hour issues, leaves of absences, and terminations. Ariana’s experience also includes representing and defending employers in federal and state court and before administrative hearings concerning issues of harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ariana was an associate at a mid-size law firm in Braintree, Massachusetts, representing public employers in a variety of employment-related matters. Additionally, immediately following her law school graduation from Northeastern University School of Law, Ariana participated in a two-year comprehensive fellowship at Northeastern University’s Office of General Counsel. During her time at Northeastern University School of Law, Ariana served as the Symposium Editor for the Northeastern University Law Review.
