Antoine Southern is an associate in the K&L Gates' Charlotte office. He is a member of the Corporate and Acquisition Finance practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Antoine served as an associate for an international law firm. Through this role, he represented sponsors and financial institutions in connection with unsecured and secured corporate financings of both public and private companies from diverse industries, including health care and biotechnology, consumer retail, sports, media and entertainment, and more. In addition, he represented companies in bespoke financings with multiple tranches of debt, represented sponsors and borrowers in connection with platform acquisitions and bolt-on acquisitions, and more. Previously, Antoine served as an associate at law firms based in New York City and Dallas, Texas.
