Attorney Zlata Fayer collaborates with real estate clients from the health care industry and others to develop and implement business-minded legal strategies that further their projects and objectives. She guides her clients through a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, and the development of commercial and office properties.
Zlata’s experience includes drafting and negotiating various real estate transactional documents, performing due diligence in real estate transactions, and reviewing and negotiating corporate financing documents. On behalf of landlords and tenants, she negotiates leases and amendments in connection with warehouse, office, and retail spaces. Additionally, Zlata structures and drafts partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, cost-sharing agreements, corporate resolutions, and other joint venture documents for the acquisition of interests in real property. She also frequently represents institutional investors, developers, and owners in real estate transactions.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Zlata was a real estate attorney at an international law firm, where she handled real estate closings in New Jersey, New York, and other states throughout the country.
Zlata is also fluent in Russian.
