Mr. Thurheimer is an associate in the Electronics Group. His practice currently focuses on patent prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Thurheimer has also been involved in inter partes review proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Thurheimer graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, receiving an Intellectual Property Law Concentration with Distinction. While at Suffolk University, Mr. Thurheimer served as a staff member on the Journal of High Technology Law.
