Theresa A. Queen focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She is experienced in dealing with government contracting disputes, business litigation, employment, appellate advocacy, mass tort and product liability claims.
Theresa is also experienced in dealing with class action litigation for Fortune 100 and 500 companies as well as litigating complex toxic tort and environmental cases. Within the area of toxic tort, she has managed cases throughout the United States alleging personal injury due to chemical exposure. The medical allegations in these cases have included cancer, neurological injury, birth defects and fear of future injury. Theresa works with experts in a broad range of relevant scientific and medical disciplines and has interviewed and deposed scientific and medical experts and other witnesses and litigated complex causation issues. She has also defended PhDs facing allegations of scientific misconduct in areas including stem cell research and bioluminescent imaging.
