Theodore (Ted) Lee represents employers primarily in workplace safety and health (OSHA) matters, including initial OSHA inspections, administrative appeal (trial) of OSHA citations, and legal safety and OSHA regulations. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ted was a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, which he joined through the Attorney General’s Honors Program in 2021.
Ted received his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law, where he was a Gregoire Fellow, Executive Articles Editor for the Washington Law Review, and captain of the New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition team. Ted received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude and Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning and Development, cum laude from the University of Southern California.
Ted is from Valencia, CA. Ted enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in July 2008 after graduating from high school and was honorably discharged from active duty in April 2012. Ted is proficient with speaking, reading, and writing in Korean.
