Seth Blackledge is an associate in the Maritime Practice Group and a member of the maritime litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution team.
Seth's maritime litigation experience includes representing commercial and cruise line vessel owners; operators and charterers; international and domestic marine, liability, and energy underwriters; and protection and indemnity clubs; as well as advising on personal injury and death litigation, Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act disputes, and general liability claims.
Seth earned an LLM from Tulane University Law School, where he also received the Edward A. Dodd Jr. Award from the Maritime Law Center in recognition of his outstanding achievement in the graduate study of Admiralty Law.
