In his current practice, Scott has become increasingly involved in the firm’s Data Privacy & Security practice in an effort to provide wise counsel for the future as well as superior legal service to clients faced with data breach emergencies and cyber liability insurance claims. Scott dedicates a great deal of time and effort to addressing the latest issues in this quickly expanding field, and continues to share that knowledge with clients on a personal level and on a larger scale through speaking engagements geared to national and international professionals.
