Ryan Lilley represents a wide array of companies and underwriters in corporate matters. He has strong transactional experience in areas of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Ryan advises clients on high-yield and investment-grade notes offerings, initial public offerings, follow-on and other equity offerings, liability management transactions, corporate governance and SEC compliance. He also represents corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, cryptoassets and blockchain technology.
During law school, Ryan represented nonprofit organizations in the University of Virginia School of Law Nonprofit Clinic. He also served on the Managing Board of the Virginia Tax Review.
