Ruth Hennessy is a senior associate in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice area.
Ruth has a wealth of experience in advising prominent global asset managers on the set up of Irish UCITS and QIAIF fund structures. She has a particular specialty in relation to advising private fund managers on the establishment of Irish QIAIF fund structures. Ruth’s practice also focuses on advising large asset managers with respect to licensing options, and, to date, Ruth has advised on a variation of permissions in relation to two of the largest post-Brexit applications received by the Central Bank of Ireland.
