Prew Lumley is a property partner in the Leeds office of the Real Estate Practice and has more than 20 years’ experience as a commercial property lawyer. Prew heads the Retail Real Estate team and acts for a number of high street retailers and restaurants. Prew also manages the property portfolio of various large corporate occupiers and has dealt with a number of high-value head office moves in recent years.
Prew works with a number of high-profile commercial and residential developers and advises several strategic land developers. In addition, she acts for various local authorities on a variety of regeneration projects and development schemes.
Prew is also Chair of the Leeds Business Improvement District.
