Paola K. Maldonado is an associate in the Minneapolis office of Ogletree Deakins. She began her employment law career by providing counsel and handling litigation for cities and public entities in greater Minnesota. Along with her previous background in civil litigation, she brings a robust advocacy skillset to champion the firm’s clients and their interests.
Paola has experience advising employers on a range of human resources and employment related issues, including discrimination and harassment prevention, employment procedures and policies, hiring and termination practices, workplace investigations, and labor and employment law compliance.
Outside of the office, Paola serves as an At-Large Board Member and the Public Relations Committee Chair in the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association. She also serves as Secretary for the Warren E. Burger Inn of Courts.
Beyond her legal pursuits, Paola enjoys traveling, baseball, and spending time with her family and friends.
