Oleg Kotov is an Associate in the Albany, New York office. His practice focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits, pension and profit sharing, health and welfare plans and ERISA fiduciary matters. During his time with the Firm, Mr. Kotov has been involved in the design and implementation of pension, profit sharing, 401(k) and employee stock ownership plans. He also assists in the representation of clients before the IRS in connection with plan audits and correction of qualified plan defects, and before the PBGC in connection with reportable events filings and distress terminations.
