Nik represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes, including class and representative actions. He has successfully handled claims involving breach of contract, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, state and federal medical leave, and more.

Nik has argued numerous cases in state and federal court, and the California Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Nik primarily represented employees, giving him a unique insight into how the other side thinks. A dedicated advocate, Nik attended law school for the sole purpose of becoming an employment lawyer and graduated with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law, with honors.
