Niki focuses her practice on workers’ compensation law and represents both state fund and self-insured employers in administrative hearings and court appeals throughout Ohio. She works closely with clients, ensuring she understands their thoughts about a matter’s short- and long-term implications.
She has nearly two decades of workers’ compensation experience, including a legal internship with the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation while in law school, hearing representative and assistant manager of hearing administration for a large third party administrator, and legal counsel to various sized employers throughout Ohio.
