Nicholas Caros is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Nicholas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward R. Korman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to his clerkship, he was an associate in the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
Nicholas received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and an editor of the Columbia Law Review. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia College, Columbia University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
