Michael Komo is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, government enforcement and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”). As part of his FCPA practice, Mr. Komo has conducted due diligence investigations of current and prospective business partners, distributors, agents, and acquisition targets with evaluations of the anti-corruption risks associated with potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. As part of his broader litigation practice, he has assisted clients as national coordinating counsel by drafting a variety of motions and responding to discovery requests.
Mr. Komo is a dedicated member of the firm’s pro bono group. He has represented several revenge porn victims through the firm’s Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project in obtaining copyright assignments from their perpetrators and removing nonconsensual material of them from the Internet.
