Liza Khan is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office, where she practices in the areas of federal-state programs and healthcare. Ms. Khan helps clients navigate state and federal rules and policies, including those governing the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Ms. Khan regularly counsels clients on the new mandates of the Affordable Care Act, Medicare and Medicaid price reporting issues, coverage and reimbursement of drugs and devices under federal healthcare programs, Medicaid Section 1115 demonstration waivers, among other issues.
