Kevin Alonso is counsel in the firm’s Nashville office and a member of the Health Care and FDA practice group. Over the course of his career, Kevin has developed a reputation as a trusted legal and business advisor both in private practice and as in-house counsel to healthcare clients across the United States. Kevin advises healthcare clients on a variety of transactional, regulatory, and operational matters. Representative experience includes: mergers and acquisitions involving hospitals, physician practices, and ambulatory surgery centers; health information privacy and security issues; health care fraud and abuse issues, ambulatory surgery center regulatory and operational issues; fee-for-service and value-based contracting with Medicare Advantage plans; and Medicare Advantage sales and marketing compliance.
