Kelvin Collado is a trial and appellate litigator who helps steer clients through upwells in the product liability space – from product counseling to complex litigation.
On the counseling front, Kelvin advises manufacturers, retailers and other companies on regulatory developments and their scope of impact on the product life cycle. He also works in tandem with business clients to evaluate and curtail risk in the context of product recalls.
In addition, Kelvin provides first-rate litigation support. His background as an assistant district attorney and litigator at a national trial law firm, as well as his work for the Minnesota Court of Appeals, inform his exacting approach to advocacy. He has experience navigating matters in federal and state court, and he is deeply committed to protecting clients’ stake in the marketplace.
