Likewise, he assists clients with implementing appropriate policies and procedures to avoid disputes and to comply with state and federal law.
Keia’s litigation experience includes representing Fortune 100 companies in state and federal court and involving claims of unpaid wages, exempt-status, breach of contract, wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination, independent contract status, improper paystubs, and claims based on the 2004 Private Attorney Generals Act (PAGA). Prior to practicing law, Keia obtained his graduate degree with honors in experimental psychology, where he studied cognition, learning, judgment and decision-making.
