Kate A. Bradshaw provides our Salt Lake City and Utah clients with comprehensive governmental affairs services focusing on legislative and campaign strategies. As a non-lawyer lobbyist, Ms. Bradshaw draws upon her experience and relationships as a legislative staffer, campaign consultant, and trade association representative to craft strategies for energy, natural resource, healthcare, food industry, and business clients before the Utah State Legislature, Governor, state agencies, and local governments. Given Utah’s relatively short 45-day legislative session clients will benefit from Ms. Bradshaw’s skills and a thorough understanding of the process that enable her to navigate and complete legislative work.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Ms. Bradshaw was the Vice President of the Utah Food Industry Association and Utah Retail Merchants Association where her responsibilities included lobbying, public relations, and PAC donation strategy for the food and retail industries. She also ran her own political consulting and fundraising company that focused on the needs of Utah legislative and local government campaign clients. Ms. Bradshaw began working in politics with the Utah Republican Party and later joined the staff of Speaker Greg Curtis at the Utah State House of Representatives.
