Justin Roeber is a partner in K&L Gates' New York office and a member of the firm’s complex commercial litigation and disputes practice group.
Justin’s practice involves the representation of individuals and corporate entities in a broad range of commercial litigation and business disputes at both the trial and appellate levels. Justin has litigated matters in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as in the Delaware Chancery Court. In addition, Justin has experience with internal investigations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and mediation.
Specifically, Justin has extensive experience with breach of contract “deal” litigation arising from complex commercial transactions, nation-wide class action defense work, and defense of stockholder derivative suits. Justin has litigated matters on behalf of clients from a wide range of industries, including financial services, insurance, real estate, and consumer electronics.
Justin has also engaged in substantial pro bono work, including the representation of juveniles and asylum-seekers in immigration court, victims of domestic violence in New York family court, and victims of “revenge porn” through K&L Gates’ Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project.
