Kiernan works with both buyers and sellers across a range of industries, with particular experience representing closely held private companies. Kiernan has experience assisting companies with all aspects of corporate transactions, including letters of intent, due diligence, negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, closings and post-closing matters.
General Corporate
Kiernan works with a variety of clients on corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, commercial agreements, transactions involving real estate, intellectual property protection, and other general corporate concerns.
Kiernan is a member of the firm’s Corporate Transparency Act Compliance Committee and the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Prior to joining our firm, Kiernan gained both small- and large-firm experience in a wide range of legal practice areas, including litigation and securitization, in addition to her corporate practice.
Kiernan is a certified yoga instructor and taught for several years during a hiatus from practicing law.
