Julie is a member of Davis & Kuelthau’s Corporate Practice Team in the Milwaukee office. She represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate and commercial lending. Her practice includes acquisition, development, leasing and sales of healthcare, retail, office, multifamily and industrial properties. She has extensive experience negotiating contracts, leases, easements and other real estate documents with national retail tenants, healthcare providers, financial institutions and owners of commercial property. Her practice also includes structuring, documenting and negotiating loans and credit facilities, as well as assisting lending institutions with workouts.
