Julia McGowan is an associate in the firm’s Newark office. She is a member of the Environment, Land, and Natural Resources practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Julia was a summer associate at the firm’s Newark office. Julia served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Chief Justice Rabner of the New Jersey Supreme Court and The Honorable Renee Marie Bumb of the District of New Jersey.
While in law school, Julia served as the Managing Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. She also participated in pro bono projects providing mediation and tax filing services to the Camden community.
