Jordan Hawthorne is an associate and a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations practice group. Jordan completed her training contract with an internationally recognised London-based law firm, gaining experience in a variety of areas, including: clinical negligence and personal injury law, corporate and commercial law, criminal law, employment law and immigration law.
Jordan was called to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2022. She graduated from the Legal Practice Course in 2020 with distinction and holds a first-class honours LLB (2014) as well as an LLM in public international law (with a specialism in international criminal law) (2017).
Jordan’s areas of focus include:
- Internal, regulatory and enforcement investigations;
- Financial investigations and asset tracing;
- Large scale health and safety investigations/ prosecutions;
- Compliance advice in respect of a range of issues (including health and safety law);
- Corporate due diligence; and
- Work related to public inquiries.
