Henry Wang is a partner in the firm’s Beijing office. He has 20 years of experience in advising top tier domestic and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private investors in the full range of corporate matters involving China. He focuses on structuring domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned entities, and licensing agreements and commercial contracts. Mr. Wang also frequently counsels Chinese companies seeking to establish or expand their global footprint outside of China.
In addition, Mr. Wang counsels on compliance and corporate governance issues and matters related to dispute resolution, employment, and real estate. He also has substantial experience advising international clients with respect to Chinese privacy and data protection issues.
