Gary M. Tocci is a principal in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. He has more than 25 years of experience in litigating both employment law and traditional labor law matters.
Gary’s experience includes handling NLRB unfair labor practice charges and trials, labor arbitrations and other labor proceedings in federal and state courts.
