Previously, Ms. Hoadley served as an intern to the Honorable Judge David S. Cercone of the United States District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania, where she was the principal architect of an opinion on Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss of a §1983 employer defamation case. In addition, Ms. Hoadley researched and drafted opinions on a variety of Pro Se matters, many of which were prisoner rights actions.
